**Was hast du zu bieten?**

Ein tiefes Verständnis für HR-Prozesse und eine Affinität zu Technik. Oder ein tiefes Verständnis von Technik plus Affinität zu HR. So oder so: Wer den Bedürfnissen unserer Kunden auf den Grund gehen will, ist bei uns genau richtig. Aber auch:

- Erfahrung in der organisatorischen sowie disziplinarischen Führung von Mitarbeitern
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

**Welche Aufgabe kannst du erwarten?**

Der Local Lead People und Clients ist eine Schlüsselrolle innerhalb unserer Organisation und fungiert als zentraler Knotenpunkt für die Beziehungen zu unseren Mitarbeitern und Kunden. Dieser dynamische und facettenreiche Posten erfordert starke zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, tiefgehendes Verständnis für die Unternehmensstruktur und einen starken Kundenfokus.
- Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehört die Steuerung der Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden und die Sicherstellung eines hohen Serviceniveaus. Dies umfasst das Identifizieren und Verstehen von Kundenbedürfnissen, das effektive Kommunizieren dieser Bedürfnisse an interne Teams und das Treffen proaktiver Maßnahmen zur Kundenzufriedenheitssteigerung.
- Darüber hinaus ist der Lead People und Clients für die Motivation, Führung und Entwicklung unserer Mitarbeiter verantwortlich. Dies beinhaltet die Förderung einer positiven Arbeitskultur, das Coaching und Mentoring von Mitarbeitern und das Durchführen regelmäßiger Leistungsbewertungen.
- Ideale Kandidaten für diese Position verfügen über hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, starkes Einfühlungsvermögen, strategisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, sowohl auf Mikro
- als auch auf Makroebene zu arbeiten. Sie sollten auch eine nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz in Kundenbeziehungsmanagement und Mitarbeiterführung haben.
