We are currently looking for a **Technical Content Specialist** working either from our office in Haaksbergen (NL), Lippstadt (DE) or remotely.

As a **Technical Content Specialist**, you are responsible for creating comprehensive technical content that meets organizational and international market standards. You will be primarily creating product documentation such as product datasheets and user manuals, but you will also collaborate on technical marketing content such as brochures and whitepapers.

In this role you will join a team of highly talented and ambitious professionals, all working on a mission to be the leading innovative airport technology player with best-in-class solutions exceeding customers’ expectations. You will become part of the Marketing & Communications team but you will also work closely with our R&D, Projects and Service departments

**Your tasks**:

- Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content
- Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience
- Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement
- Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements
- Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation
- Create engaging (technical) marketing content such as blog posts and whitepapers in collaboration with our marketing communications team

**Your skills / qualifications**:

- Excellent English language skills (native or proven C2 level); Dutch and/or German is a plus
- Bachelor or Master’s degree
- Proven track record in technical content creation (e.g. as Technical Writer)
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
- Previous experience in writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
- Superior written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Competent user of technical drawing software (e.g. CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator) is a plus
