- Ensuring that operational risk management and permanent control framework are built on a risk-based approach.
- Supporting Finance management team, by providing the main KPI’s, risks and control environment.
- Maintaining the consistency of the Operational Permanent Control framework, supporting Finance Permanent Controls team.
- Assisting implementation of the operational risk monitoring guidelines issued by the second line of defense (Finance, Compliance, RISK,) based on the instructions provided by Group.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of the control set-up and ensure permanent evolutions are realized in order to avoid manual adjustments
- Controlling of the update of team procedures and operating guides
**Skills that convince**:
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is a plus
- Several years of experience in external or internal audit, control, or risk department. Previous experience in Finance or banking is a plus
- Knowledge of Business Process modelling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience of working in an international environment would be a plus
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills (spoken and written)
- Characteristics such as team ability, communication strength and flexibility
- Very good German and English language skills in word and writing
