Summary We are looking for a "Consolidation & Reporting Specialist IFRS & HGB (f/m/d)" for the "Group Reporting & Consolidation" department in Ulm or Taufkirchen at the earliest possible date. The "Group Reporting & Consolidation" department is responsible for managing and preparing the IFRS consolidated financial statements of the listed HENSOLDT AG and ensuring that they are reported in line with capital market requirements. The department also provides decision-relevant financial reports to HENSOLDT's top management. The tasks also include the preparation of the HGB annual financial statements of the largest German companies in the HENSOLDT Group. In addition, the team is responsible for the continuous improvement and safeguarding of uniform specifications and guidelines in connection with the reporting processes throughout the Group. Your Tasks- Responsibility for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements (IFRS) of HENSOLDT AG consisting of more than 30 fully consolidated companies- Ensuring the external reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements (IFRS) of the HENSOLDT Group in line with capital market requirements- Significant cooperation in the preparation of reports (notes and management report) as part of the HGB annual financial statements of the main Group companies- Significant involvement in monthly internal IFRS reporting, including analysis and detailed commentary for management and shareholders as well as processing ad hoc analyses- Responsibility for preparing the key figures for the EU taxonomy and other financial key figures for the Group Sustainability Report (CSRD)- Responsibility for documenting the minimum safeguards for EU taxonomy compliance- - Technical support and further development of the SAP-based consolidation system and implementation of new guidelines and standards in the consolidation system- Continuous optimization and ensuring uniform specifications, processes and guidelines for Group accounting- Interface for the proper and timely response to inquiries regarding Group reporting from tax consultants and auditors Your Profile- Completed studies in economics, business administration or similar- Extensive professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility at an international company in group accounting in accordance with IFRS or in the finance sector- Experience in one of the large auditing companies is advantageous- Sound knowledge of group accounting in accordance with IFRS and consolidation- Points of contact with regard to sustainability issues in general advantageous- Confident handling of MS Office and SAP (FI / CO) as well as BCS-supported consolidation systems- High analytical and conceptual skills combined with good organizational skills- Good communication skills and assertiveness, problem-solving skills and strong team orientation- Business fluent German and advanced English skills Happy to hear- Work on extraordinary high-tech products at the limits of physics- Fair, performance-related remuneration, plus special payments- Flexible working time and workplace models- Company pension scheme- Individual development and training opportunities- Family-friendly working conditions and meal & snack options- Health promotion and mobility offers Discover more about our benefits " HERE ".
