For our finance team, we’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist (M/F/d) Your mission You will play a vital role in ensuring the continued success of our company by collecting the necessary cash flow to sustain our operations. We are looking for a proactive individual who is interested in working closely with our customers to monitor incoming payments, oversee dunning hand in hand with our accounts receivable team lead and handle collections and insolvency cases. You will be in close contact with your colleagues and act as an interface between accounting, sales and customer satisfaction management. - Act as a customer service superhero: Provide expert support to customers with their accounting-related inquiries - Collaborate with our team lead: Ensure smooth management of open items and clarification of revenue bookings - Show your sharp investigation skills: Uncover the root causes of payment and account discrepancies, to maintain accurate financial records and keep our customers happy - Be the boss of the dunning process: Manage it from start to finish and ensuring all cases are resolved promptly and efficiently - Be the key point of contact for our collection agency: Demonstrate your communication skills and build strong partnerships that benefit both parties - Optimize Lendis: Identify areas where we can optimize our debt collection process and implement new and improved strategies About the team - You will work within a small, motivated team and report to accounts receivables team lead - We have a very open, transparent team culture to support ourselves and our work 100% - Our team works closely together in a spirit of trust to ensure our targets and tight deadlines will be reached - Get the best of both worlds Our hybrid work model lets you choose between working in the office or remotely, giving you the freedom to work in a way that suits you best. **Profile**: - You are passionate about service and have first experience working closely together with customers - You are an empathic person with the ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence - You can communicate fluently in German and English - You completed commercial training or a Bachelors degree in finance or a similar field - You made first professional experience (1 to 2 years) in accounting/debt collection - You have first experience in working with an accounting program (ideally Datev) - You have a proactive, independent way of working, the will to take ownership of your areas of responsibility and a problem-solving work attitude About us We are a motivated, experienced and international team with the mission to shape the "Future of Work".
