WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?

About 50% of your time you invest into developing your organization and yourself
- Drive growth and development of your organization in individual and in team sessions
- Guide your team to continuously improve the development process and to make customer centricity part of their DNA
- Inspire your team to work collaboratively and to share knowledge at high engagement
- Scale your team by defining and leading hiring efforts
- Learn and grow as a professional through leadership and buddy programs, training budgets and a strong community of leaders within and outside of LeanIX Engineering

About 25% of your time you invest into strategic topics
- Be an active member in the engineering senior leadership team, defining the longer term strategy of the organization
- Balance short term product needs with longer term investments into engineering and technology needs like architectural sustainability
- Partner with product management directors to define the product strategy for your area of responsibility

About 20% of your time you’re doing hands-on engineering
- Contribute to building the best possible product for our customers with a customer-first, outcome-oriented mindset without becoming a bottleneck for production code
- Bring in senior experience as engineer and a proven track record of strong problem-solving skills at scale, participate in spikes and prototype development to understand challenges of your organization
- Utilise your ability to continuously improve our software development processes and methodologies

Less than 5% of your time you support your team on administrative topics (approve expenses, vacations, travel, etc).

**You bring in the following experience**:

- Proven track record of engineering experience along our technical stack
- Experience in leading engineering teams as well as engineering managers
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Willingness to work onsite in one of our Bonn or Berlin offices ∼20% of the time

**You bring in as a bonus**:

- Prior knowledge in the domain of Enterprise Architecture Management in general or in managing larger transformations like cloud migration
- Solid communication skills in German
