- Assist the International Marketing & Sales Team in organizing and conducting campus tours for prospective students, parents, and education agents
- Support incoming students with onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a smooth transition to campus life
- Provide administrative and logístical support for events, fairs, and information sessions on and off campus
- Contribute to the preparation and design of PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials for recruitment purposes
- Help maintain and update databases, contact lists, and event documentation
- Collaborate with our team on various projects and initiatives to enhance the student experience-

- Currently studying at a university
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
