Für unseren Standort in Garching suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Werkstudent im Bereich Kongressorganisation / Marketing (w/m/d)

**Spannende Aufgaben erwarten Dich**:
**Aufgabenschwerpunkte**:

- Erstellen von Kundenverträgen sowie Reisebuchungen im Rahmen von Veranstaltungen
- Erstellen und Verwalten von Verträgen
- Anlage von Lieferanten und Rechnungsbearbeitung
- Verwaltung der Patientenausweise
- Vertriebsunterstützung
- Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben

**Das solltest Du mitbringen**:

- Student eines wirtschaftwissenschaftlichen Studiengangs (Immatrikualtionsbescheinigung)
- Sicherer Umgang den MS Office-Anwendungen
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Engagement sowie ein freundliches Auftreten Wir bieten Dir:
