Become part of our winning team and help us create a world that works better. **Responsibilities** - Support the coordination and logistics of leadership training and internal projects - Assist in maintaining and updating presentations, and documentation - Help manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading content and tracking participation - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and improve learning initiatives - Conduct research on learning trends, tools, and best practices to support continuous improvement - Support the organization of internal events and learning campaigns - Assist in analysing learning data and preparing reports or presentations for stakeholders - Provide administrative support for the Learning & Development team as needed **Requirements**: - Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus - Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Business Psychology, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field - Strong interest in Learning & Development or Talent Management - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with LMS platforms is a plus - Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment - Detail-oriented with a passion for creating engaging learning experiences **What we offer** - Contract location would be **Bremen, Germany**: - **Make an impact** Take on the responsibility and work on your own projects.
