Student Welcome Center Officer (m/f/d)

(Full-time; 38.5 hours/week; limited to 24 months)

Your Responsibilities:
  • Promote and ensure a strong service culture
  • Provide initial guidance to students on questions that do not require a specific department
  • When necessary, support students in finding solutions beyond your own area
  • Offer orientation support to students within the organization
  • Assist with information events and marketing activities
  • Perform control and coordination tasks, resolving discrepancies or errors independently
  • Ensure knowledge transfer to other staff and provide professional onboarding for new employees
  • Create and update process documentation
Your Profile:
  • Successfully completed university degree
  • Solid experience in an international context and working with colleagues and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong service orientation
  • Meticulous work style, organizational talent, and commitment
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
