**Client Advisor & Sales Support - Hamburg (w/m/d)**
- Teilzeit (25%) / Befristung 2 Jahre
- Verteilung d. Arbeitszeit:
Dienstag: 8 Std. - 9.30-18.30 Uhr

Donnerstag: 2 Std. - 16.30-18.30 Uhr

**Job responsibilities**:

- Selbstständige Abwicklung des Verkaufs aller im Geschäft angebotenen Produktkategorien
- Betreuung der Kunden während des gesamten Kaufprozesses
- Eingabe von Kunden
- und Verkaufsdaten in das entsprechende CRM-System
- Aufbau, Entwicklung und Pflege eines soliden Netzwerks von hochwertigen und treuen Kunden
- Visual Merchandising nach den Vorgaben von BVLGARI
- Nehmen Sie von Kunden zurückgebrachte Artikel zur Reparatur entgegen,Betreuung von After-Sale-Services**Profile**:

- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Verkauf (Luxus-Retail)
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- Ausgezeichnete organisatorische und administrative Fähigkeiten
- Gute Computerkenntnisse (MS Office, CRW-Tools)
- Kundenorientierung, Flexibilität und Eigenverantwortung
- Initiative, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Geschäftssinn
- Netzwerken und Teamfähigkeit
