**Who we are**:
BBG creates, builds, buys, and scales consumer brands globally. Within the last 16 years we have created and built 14 own e-commerce brands in the areas of kitchen appliances, garden & living, sports and consumer electronics. Our largest and best-known brands are Klarstein, auna, blumfeldt and Capital Sports.
Since 2020, we have been buying e-commerce brands and scaling them globally through our more than 100 sales channels. By the end of 2021, we have acquired more than 40 brands and integrated them into our product portfolio.
Our passion for good products is reflected by the over 4,800 items we bring to our customers in 28 countries via the D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) model.
Our headquarter is in Berlin, however our more than 1000 employees work in many locations around the globe - from Europe, UK, USA, to Asia.

**What you will do**:
Development and responsibility of a group-wide HR reporting and implementation in our entire organization
Responsibility for the preparation and analysis of key HR figures to derive recommendations for action and for strategic HR planning
Development of dashboards and reports to allow regular tracking of KPI's
Conduct personnel cost planning, in particular the budgeting and forecasting process in close cooperation with Controlling, HR Business Partners, cost center managers as well as management
Proactive identification of initiatives and further development opportunities for HR Controlling
Contribution to projects such as the execution of benchmarks and evaluations of compensation models

**What we are looking for**:
Successfully completed degree with focus on business/economics/ human resources or similar
4+ years professional experience in controlling and/or people analytics, preferably in an e-commerce environment
Experience with reporting and database tools and high IT affinity
Strong understanding of numbers as well as very good analytical and communication skills
Highly conscientious and careful handling of sensitive data as well as absolute integrity and trustworthiness
Outstanding proactivity, independent, team orientation as well as a pragmatic and structured way of working
Exceptional communication skills that ensure placement as an internal business partner for our business units
Fluency in English, German is a plus
