**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Unterstützung der Partner, Rechtsanwältinnen und Rechtsanwälte im Tagesgeschäft
- Aufgaben variieren je nach Rechtsgebiet
- Aktenverwaltung und Dokumentenmanagement
- Eigenständige Korrespondenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Fristenkontrolle
- Abrechnung von Gerichtsverfahren und Erstellung von Kostenrechnungen
**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise Zusatzqualifikation als staatlich geprüfte/r Rechtsfachwirt/in
- Berufserfahrung in einer Kanzlei
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365, DATEV und iManage
- Kommunikationsstärke, souveränes Auftreten, hohe Organisationsfähigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
