In Deutschland sind wir als amerikanische Sozietät mit zwei Büros und ca. 60 Anwält*innen in Frankfurt/M. und München vertreten. Hier liegt der Fokus auf der spezialisierten Beratung nationaler und internationaler Mandanten bei grenzüberschreitenden Private Equity
- und M&A-Transaktionen, hochkarätigen Litigation-Mandaten, komplexen Restrukturierungen und Finanzierungen sowie steuerrechtlicher Gestaltung.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine⁠/⁠n **Legal Assistant (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)**für den Praxisbereich Corporate/M&A in München.

**Ihr Aufgabenbereich**:

- Selbstständige schriftliche und mündliche Korrespondenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Erstellung, Formatierung & Bearbeitung juristischer Dokumente, Präsentationen & Tabellen
- Terminmanagement sowie Organisation und Buchung von Geschäftsreisen, Meetings und Veranstaltungen
- Abwicklung und Kontrolle von Reisekostenabrechnungen
- Strukturierte Aktenführung - physisch & digital (inkl. E-Mail-Management)
- Monatliche Vorbereitung und Zuarbeit bei der Mandatsabrechnung
- Pflege der Zeiterfassungsdaten für unsere Anwält*innen

**Was wir uns von Ihnen wünschen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte*r oder vergleichbare kaufmännische /juristische Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung im juristischen oder administrativen Umfeld von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Organisationstalent sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
