**YOUR TASKS**:

- ** Manage, mentor, and inspire the marketing team fostering a collaborative environment while ensuring high performance and personal development**:

- Define and execute the strategic marketing plan for key markets of the Motorcycle division
- ** Work with the regional sales team and distributors to build and execute high-impact digital campaigns, events, and creative initiatives**tailored to local markets. Ensure strong alignment with our global standards and local optimization
- ** Oversee and align marketing efforts across direct and indirect markets ensuring a global marketing vision while balancing in-market execution**:

- Track, analyze, and optimize performance across all marketing programs, making real-time adjustments to maximize impact and ROI
- ** Build deep relationships with sales and product leadership teams**, ensuring that marketing efforts are fully integrated into broader business objectives
- ** Lead the full-funnel media investment** and optimization to drive brand visibility, engagement, and conversion
- Ensure the brand’s message is communicated consistently across all channels, driving awareness and creating long-term customer loyalty as well as new customer acquisition
- ** Ensure content strategy and the development of digital creative assets** (photo, video, copywriting) provides cohesive brand messaging across all platforms

**WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU**:

- ** several years of experience in a senior marketing role i**n the Motorcycle, sporting goods, sportsweare or active lifestyle industries, with a track record of successful brand management and growth
- ** Experience in event marketing, sports marketing, and or luxury/premium marketing is a plus**:

- Experience in managing budgets and projects
- Solid digital marketing experience with a strong** understanding of omnichannel marketing**(e-commerce, retail, wholesale), market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics
- ** Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, analyze data, derive insights, and make informed decisions to drive business results**:

- Data-driven mindset, with a proven ability to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance
- ** Hungry, humble, and smart: a strong desire to grow, a collaborative spirit, and a strategic, data-driven mindset**:

- Leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate
- Fluent in English, **German knowledge will be considered a plus**:

- Ability to balance both strategy and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
