**Regional Sales Director - Enterprise Corporate Sales, Public Sector DACH**

**The Role**
We have created a new Regional Sales Director (RSD) role to build and lead a team of Account Executives (AEs) who are tasked with generating transactional growth within the UK Public Sector. The role is focused on rapidly building the business while mentoring and developing early-in-career sales talent. **Skills & Experience**
Fluent German both written and spoken
Deep understanding and experience of selling Salesforce products or equivalent competitive technologies
Proven track record of overachievement in quota carrying cloud sales roles as an individual contributor and Manager
Mentoring and coaching experience and talent management capabilities
Demonstrable knowledge of budgeting, and forecasting
Shown success of working within a highly matrixed organisation
Having a history of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
Previous Sales Methodology training and CRM experience
Some of your main responsibilities and deliverables will include:
- Exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
- Ensure forecast hygiene and accuracy
- Maintain a balanced pipeline of opportunities
- Hire the best people in the market
- Mentor and develop your team of AEs
- Own the sector planning and review process
- Develop and nurture a network of internal stakeholders
- Generate new insights to improve overall business performance
