Overview:
i3 is seeking End User Technical Support team members to support the Digital Training Facilities Management Services contract. Team members support Digital Training Facilities (DTFs) which provide soldiers with an on-base location to access web-based, job related and professional courses away from the workplace and distractions of home. DTFs include networked computers that support CD-ROM based training, Video Tele-training equipment to support room-based courseware transmission from remote sites. i3 currently has positions available in
**Vilseck, Germany** and
**Wiesbaden, Germany**.

This is not a Permanent Change of Station funded position; applicant must be covered under existing Status of Forces Agreement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling and managing the use of DTFs as well as providing hands on assistance to support the operation of DTF equipment.
- Replace monitors, desktop computers, and servers; perform software upgrades as directed.
- Maintain the operations, security and maintenance of the Digital Training Facility (DTF)
- Ensure assigned classroom workstations, seating, and network connectivity are available and operational.
- Ensure the facility is available for all scheduled/non-scheduled training evolutions.
- Ensure education/training equipment is installed and that software and networks operate.
- Ensure workstations are available for scheduled learners and loaded with appropriate courseware.

Qualifications:

- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous relevant experience preferred.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Must be able to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Must be covered under existing Status of Forces Agreement.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
