Your Mission

As a Group EHS Specialist, you report directly to the Group EHS Manager. Your goals will be to ensure that the EHS policy and topics are implemented, efficient, and in compliance with the relevant regulations for the plants in your area. To ensure prevention and a healthy workspace, you will support the plants, enforce the caring concept, the safety measures, and coordinate with other departments, in a global respect of the environment

Your Responsibilities
- Implements & ensures the 0 accident culture.
- Investigates the work accidents and follows the corrective & preventive actions implementation.
- Follows the environmental strategy implementation, with a focus on consumption and waste reduction.
- Participates in the CO2 strategy implementation.
- Promotes the caring process at the plant level.
- Works to reduce the ergonomics impact in collaboration with the plants.
- Communicates and supports the plants on a regular basis.
- Monitors the risk assessment and supports to provide preventive action.
- Ensures the implementation and the follow-up of the EHS policies, management system, and requirements.
- Contributes to Corporate Social Responsibility, Employer Branding & Sustainability of the Group
- Supports the plants with specific requirements, related to global, country, and local needs
- Acts in collaboration with the EHS department to ensure the implementation and follow-up of the EHS strategy.
- Supports the plants during the internal & external audit processes.
- Ensure continuous improvements on the EHS topics locally & at the Group level.
- Provides training on environmental, health, and safety topics.
- Assists in emergency response and first aid guidance.

Your Profile
- Having a University degree is appreciated (First degree).
- You have three to five years of working experience in a relevant field.
- You have a very good level of English (written & spoken).
- You have knowledge about the most effective & efficient EHS methods and you focus on continuous improvement.
- You work well independently and in a group environment.
- You're open & adaptable according to situational needs.
- You have knowledge about the ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 requirements.
- You have a willingness to travel.
- You'll become part of an international and dynamic team with a direct influence on our future success_
