**Your mission**:
**YOUR ROLE AS PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE**:

- Identify potential toll production and storage facilities to expand production capacity
- Evaluate technical and commercial feasibility of potential facilities
- Develop and implement plans to optimize production processes and minimize waste
- Work closely with on-site production to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Manage day-to-day operations at the blending partner, including preparing protocols, work orders, and manuals
- Oversee quality control of products and ensure adherence to specifications
- Analyze and report on production data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement new production equipment and processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and regulations related to chemical production

**Your profile**:
**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Plant Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in chemical production or process engineering
- Experience with plant design, optimization, and maintenance
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to chemical production
- Knowledge of chemical plant design and operations
- Familiarity with environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and independently
- Availability to work flexible hours when needed
- Willingness to travel to other sites and vendors as needed
