Delivering an important contribution to the internal control of the Frankfurt Branch as well as the wider region of Europe & Africa. Tasks

**CREATE IMPACT**:
You will be part of the regional Risk Control Management team. Working from Frankfurt Branch you will regularly meet your team in the Netherlands. Additionally, you will work closely with European colleagues within the European region. You will be the business partner of Frankfurt Branch management in different areas of risk management including privacy-related topics. Responsible for executing, validating and embedding a high quality risk control framework. You support projects and programs that impact the risk and control framework and oversee the functioning of the PDCA of all risk and control activities of Frankfurt branch.
- You develop a strong view of the quality of risk and control management within the branch
- You support management in executing the risk management cycle, from risk identification and assessment, to control monitoring and incident management.
- You contribute to maturing the general risk
- and quality awareness, for example by giving presentations and focussing on one way of working;
- You guard proper and high quality registration in our risk management tool (Archer)
- You work in a highly dynamic environment which is still taking shape and further maturing. There is plenty opportunity to further shape the role and develop yourself
- The E&A risk control management team is based in the Netherlands. You are capable to work independent in close relation with stakeholders in 1st, 2nd and third line.

**Requirements**:
Result-oriented and a self-starterS
- University Degree
- Preferably experience with process management and risk management
- Proactive, flexible and know how to find your way around the organization
- Strong communication skills and ability to build strong connections remotely/cross-regionally
- Result oriented and a self-starter
- Based in Frankfurt and/or Utrecht
