Leitung der Planung eines neuen Biotechnologischen Entwicklungs
- und Produktionsgebäudes umfassend die GMP Produktion biotechnologischer Wirkstoffe, insbesondere monoklonaler Antikörper sowie die Entwicklung neuer Prozesse (LNP-mRNA, AAV, u.a.), mit Fokus auf spezifische Anforderungen für Prozesse, Räumlichkeiten, Ausrüstung, Personalbedarf, aber auch regulatorische Aspekte wie Segregation und Reinraumanforderungen (z.B. Zonenkonzept und Materialfluss).
- Leitung der konzeptionellen Planung und Begleitung der Durchführung des Bauprojektes
- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des künftigen Produktionsteams
- Erstellen und Umsetzen der Produktions
- und Ressourcenplanung sowie
Optimierung und Automatisierung der Produktionsprozesse;
- Zentraler technischer Ansprechpartner hinsichtlich der Produktionsanlagen und -räume
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen wie QM und Forschung & Entwicklung
- Organisation und Freigabe von Herstellanweisungen im GMP regulierten Umfeld
- Bereitstellung fristgerecht aufbereiteter Produktionsdaten als Grundlage für Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüsse
- Planen, beauftragen und steuern des Einsatzes externer Dienstleister

**Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium als Biotechnologe oder vergleichbar, mit
ausgeprägtem Hintergrund bezüglich Prozesstechnologie; Promotion von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Leitungserfahrung (Team oder Gruppe) im Bereich der
biotechnologischen Produktion (cell culture, single use bioreactors,
perfusion technology) im pharmazeutischen Umfeld
- Detaillierte GMP-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in der biotechnologische
Wirkstoffherstellung (mAB)
- Kenntnisse der Technischen Gebäudeanforderungen (HVAC, Schleusen, u.a.)
- Erfahrung im Management von Projektteams, z.B. als Teilprojektleiter
- Eigenständige & zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationsvermögen
und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
