Ihre Aufgaben:
- Leitung der Gruppe Data Driven Services & CRM sowie Mitwirkung im erweiterten Führungsteam der TRUMPF Corporate IT- Weiterentwicklung und strategische Positionierung der Themen Data Warehouse (DWH), Business Intelligence (BI), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) und Data Governance (DG) bei TRUMPF- Konzeption und Umsetzung der unternehmensweiten BI-, CRM- und DWH-Strategie inklusive Stakeholder Management in den Fachbereichen- Gestaltung und Implementierung von unterschiedlichen Betriebs
- und Entwicklungsmodellen- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des Supports für die eingesetzten Systeme- Aufbau einer globalen IT-Struktur innerhalb der Gruppe, Koordination der Aufgaben mit den Regionalen IT Centern sowie das enge Begleiten des Vorhabend durch ein umfassendes Change Management- Kostenverantwortung für den Betrieb, Projekte und die Weiterverrechnung von Leistungen an das Business- Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter im Bereich
Was wir suchen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs sowie erste Erfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabenspektrum mit Führungsverantwortung- Erfahrung mit DWH-, BI- und CRM-Lösungen wünschenswert- Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative sowie hohe Entscheidungs
- und Konzeptionsstärke- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
