Dann freuen wir uns über Ihre tatkräftige Unterstützung als HR Business Partner (m/w/d) bei Herrmann Ultraschall Als Sparring Partner nutzen Sie Ihre HR Kompetenz, um gemeinsam mit dem Fachbereich tragfähige Lösungen zu entwickeln, und leisten so Ihren Beitrag für unseren Erfolg.

**Stellenprofil**:

- Proaktive Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen; in geringerem Umfang auch für die internationalen Niederlassungen
- Rekrutierung und Einstellung von geeigneten Kandidaten, vom Interview bis zum Onboarding
- Vorbereitung, Steuerung und Durchführung personeller Einzelmaßnahmen
- Unterstützung und Beratung der Fachbereiche bei organisationalen Änderungen
- Mitarbeit bei Konzeption, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Personalmanagementprozessen und -Systemen
- Begleitung der jährlichen Gehaltsrunde und Mittarbeit bei der Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung von Vergütungssystemen
- Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen

**Was Sie qualifiziert**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder vergleichbar
- Relevante Berufserfahrung als HR Business Partner (m/w/d), Personalreferent (m/w/d), oder als Personalentwickler(m/w/d) mit dem Wunsch und der Bereitschaft, sich in eine breitere Rolle weiterzuentwickeln
- Gute konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und idealerweise bereits Projekterfahrung in den Bereichen Personalentwicklung und Talent Management
- Überzeugendes Auftreten und sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkennnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
