About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Management specialist who acts as a strategic partner strengthening the talent and leadership pipeline through talent identification, development, and succession planning within the Harman Automotive division. You will support the people cycle activities and will coordinate, roll-out and monitor the execution of several talent development programs and projects to foster and enable a high-performance work culture.

What You Will Do
- In partnership with the Automotive Talent Management team members, you support the Global Automotive Mentoring and Reverse Mentoring Program as well as organizational and individual development actions (e.g., 360° feedback, personality or team evaluation etc.).
- Coordination of several Talent Management projects and support of Corporate HARMAN-wide programs.
- Supporting HARMAN people cycle processes including Succession Planning and Performance Management.
- Facilitation of trainings and workshops with regards to Talent Management topics and HARMAN people cycle processes.
- Design, develop and implement talent development programs and initiatives and trainings aligned with the overall business strategy.

What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or other HR related disciplines.
- 5 years plus of relevant HR experience (with a minimum of 3 years in Talent Management), HRD Consulting, People and/or Organizational Development experience in a global matrixed company.
- Passion for people, diversity awareness and proven ability to nurture and maintain trustful interpersonal relationships.
- Must have positive and professional verbal and written communication skills in German and English as well as strong presentation skills at all levels.
- Proven track record in designing and handling multiple projects simultaneously and executing talent development programs/ projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and perform effectively in a fast-paced global matrixed environment.

What is Nice to Have:

- Master’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or other HR related disciplines.
- Certifications for 360° feedback, team, or personality tools.
- Working knowledge and experience with Workday.
