**Your responsibilities**
[Design Research] Conduct consumer and lifestyle trend research to discover design insights
- Monitor emerging trends, techs & news, ideate how to implement such into LG design working process
[Design Strategy] Cross-analyze diverse insights and present design strategic directions
- Discover and pin-point customer design needs and seeds
- Create design strategy based on relevant research, scenario and theory
[Design Networking] Plan, facilitate and support design/designer networking events
- Plan, collaborate and manage open innovation projects with in/external partners (project dependent)
- Collaborate/support regional sales/marketing events involving design contribution
[Design Management] Organize and manage LGE Design Europe operation
- Organizational admin task assistance
- Create periodic progress reports and meeting logs
**Your qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree or higher in design, UX, UI or relevant studies
More than 2 experience in design research and/or UX design role
Knowledge and experience in below will be an added value:

- Lifestyle/consumer trend research, analysis and forecasting
- UX/CX conception/scenario-making
- Advanced design to mass production experience
- Diverse consumer product industries (interior, fashion, auto etc.)
Team-first player and proactive communicator
Creative storyteller, contributor and networker
Attention to design opportunities and persuasive approaches
Experience/understanding of European living/market environment
Awareness of regional and cultural diversities in Europe
Adobe creative tools, figma, MS office and other relevant tools
Fluent in English. German and/or Korean language will be a plus
Able to travel frequently (mainly EU, abroad on occasion)
Driving will be required on occasion
