At **Tenthpin** we are seeking to offer a talented, ambitious student the opportunity to collaborate with us within their studies, working on our "Digital Transformation in Life Sciences" project. **The Opportunity** Whether you're seeking a bachelor thesis, a semester project, or an internship, Tenthpin Management Consultants' Research Team offers a unique opportunity for students eager to make the difference. Join us in our annual Life Sciences Industry Report on Digital Transformation. In this role, you will: - Manage the "Digital Transformation in Life Sciences" project conducted by Tenthpin. - Conduct desktop research on digital transformation within the Life Sciences industry. - Design questionnaires to gather pertinent data and insights. - Assist internal teams in conducting qualitative interviews. - Analyze collected data using Excel. - Collaborate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and industry decision-makers. - Compile a comprehensive report using PowerPoint, documenting research findings and conclusions. - Provide support for internal and external communication related to the study. **Your Qualifications**: To excel in this role, you should possess: - Undergraduate studies ina relevant field such as Business Administration, Social Sciences, or Computer Science. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and optionally Survey Monkey. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently with a commitment to quality and precision. - A team-player mindset, self-motivation, and a keen interest in technology and innovation. **Why Tenthpin** Tenthpin is a Global Management Consulting Firm operating in 8 countries (Switzerland, Germany, US, UK, Portugal, Poland, Japan and India) with +400 consultants and constantly growing.
