Distribution Service Partner Specialist

Your mission Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity with us. Being a Distribution Service Partner Specialist is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks: - Independently coordinate with each appointed service partner, maintaining strong supplier relationship. - Inspect and monitor service partners' performance and resolving problems. - Assist regional service manager to screen and select qualified service partners, report to committee - Responsible for performance management and acceptance(check and approve payments). - Evaluate service partners' offering against key business criteria; process the claims raising from customers against service partners. - Coordinate with key account managers to make strategic plan, research and identify prospective suppliers based on the growth of target markets. - Assist line manager to make long-term developing plans for current service partners. - Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. **Profile**: All good, that sounded great right? Now let\'s have a look at your background, so you get a feeling if this could be the right challenge for you: - Bachelor level Purchasing/Supply Chain/Administrative/Legal or similar level. SAP working knowledge is needed. - Contract negotiation and KPI control experience is desirable. - Good working knowledge of Word and Excel - Proficiency in verbal and written English (C1 at least) is needed; other European languages (Spanish, German, Italian or French) is desirable.
