**Explore a new world of possibilities**: **Your future contribution**: You will build the HomeToGo Hosting Platform as a place for small property owners to welcome global travellers. By delving deep into user needs, expectations, and rituals, you will design tools and solutions that enable a stellar experience for travellers and hosts. Vacation rental is a complex business built on trust. Operating this business is a challenging task for every property owner. You will simplify the complexity and help us become the most loved host community in the world. **How you'll add value**: - Together with the Product and Data team, you will identify the right opportunities and guide them through the design process. It's always a team effort. - As a full-stack team member, you'll dive into data to find the "what" part of the equation and collaborate with our researchers to understand the "why" part. - Be a Minimum Lovable Product advocate, never settling for below average and pushing for the best CX possible. - Advocate for design as an iterative process. We might not land on the right solution on the first try, but we keep learning and improving. - Contribute on a regular basis to our Design System and work with our developers to make constant improvements a reality. Software eventually lives in code, no matter how tidy our Figma files. **You'll be successful in this role if you**: - Care about the overall CX instead of driving partial KPIs. - You know how to create a great experience in driving the best CX in a B2B environment. - Have experience with early-stage products with high levels of ambiguity, risks, and fast pace. Brag about any (co)founding experience - Have a natural curiosity about things. We are always questioning assumptions and are fanatics when it comes to the word "why." - Bring great visual design skills as well as a strong understanding of how visual harmony, information hierarchy, and design patterns shape the user experience.
