**Unsere Geschichte**

Ob Du uns als Lieferando oder einfach als „diese orangene Food-App“ kennst, Hunderttausende von Feinschmecker:innen im gesamten Land und darüber hinaus bestellen jeden Tag bei uns.

Viele dieser Bestellungen werden von “Scoober”, unserem Logistikbereich, geliefert. Mit dieser umfangreichen Lieferflotte auf der Straße unterstützen wir tagtäglich unsere Partner und sorgen dafür, dass dein Essen gut bei dir zu Hause ankommt.

**Dein Job**

Als Working Student Live Operations (m/w/d) unterstützt du unsere Fahrerflotte dabei, dass das Essen gut bei unseren Kunden ankommt. Du kümmerst dich unter anderem um folgende Tätigkeiten:

- Du überwachst die automatische Auftragsvergabe durch unser System.
- Du behältst den Überblick über all die Kuriere in deiner Stadt.
- Bei Schwierigkeiten (z.B. hat einer deiner Kollegen einen platten Reifen) reagierst du sofort und disponierst die Essensbestellungen um.
- Du unterstützt die Kuriere bei all ihren Fragen und Problemen.
- Anfragen für andere Abteilungen leitest du entsprechend weiter oder erstellst jeweilige Tickets.
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Kollegen aus dem Customer Service Bereich zusammen.

**Dein Profil**

Bereit, unser Live Ops Team zu unterstützen? Folgendes solltest Du mitbringen:

- Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in und für 20h pro Woche verfügbar.
- Mit deinem kaufmännischen Grundverständnis (Quereinsteiger sind ebenso willkommen) und ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, hast Du Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Erfahrung in der Nutzung der gängigen MS Office Programme.
- Du kannst pro-aktiv eingreifen und schnell handeln und auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf bewahren.
