**MRM **is looking for a motivated **SENIOR PRODUCT SERVICE DESIGNER (M/F/d)** as soon as possible.

At MRM, an agency renowned for integrating art, design, and technology to foster meaningful relationships between businesses and people, we're seeking a Senior Product Service Designer. This role is pivotal in our mission to create meaningful campaigns that resonate deeply with audiences and drive impressive outcomes for our clients. **Your responsibilities**
- Deliver consistently successful, high-quality solutions to our clients on schedule, showcasing a commitment to excellence and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Engage in creative pitches, contributing innovative ideas and strategies.
- Collaborate closely with team members and clients, fostering a positive, cooperative work environment. Your creativity and ability to co-design are crucial.
- Act as a primary creative contact for clients, confidently presenting creative concepts to both internal teams and clients, ensuring your projects align with MRM's standards of creative excellence.
- Independently manage projects with guidance from a Creative Director, taking full responsibility for the creative deliverables.
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers, sharing insights and knowledge to uplift the entire creative team.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in design and technology, ensuring our work remains cutting-edge and relevant.
- Achieve high levels of satisfaction among clients and team members through your dedication and the quality of your work.

**Your profile**
- Possess a compelling portfolio that showcases your exceptional design skills and creative thinking across various mediums and client projects.
- Have a keen eye for design aesthetics, evidenced by your portfolio.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, able to articulate creative concepts and rationales effectively.
- Proficient in branding, design methodologies, and design thinking, demonstrating a strategic approach to creative work.
- Display an unyielding desire to push boundaries and craft unparalleled ideas, demonstrating passion and dedication to your craft.
- Maintain extensive experience with essential design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Keynote, enabling you to bring creative visions to life efficiently.
