Principal Product Designer | Hybrid, GermanyI am partnering with a leading European tech company valued at €2.9B that is hiring a Principal Product Designer.You will own end-to-end design across multi-platform user journeys, shaping high-impact experiences used across European markets. This role requires strong craft, strategic thinking and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in high-visibility environments.The design team works with an open-source UI component library built on atoms, molecules and organisms, with design tokens and a React and TypeScript front-end that supports efficient design to code workflows.You will:Lead UX strategy and execution for complex, data-rich B2B flows on desktop and mobileTranslate insights into scalable components and interaction patterns in FigmaPartner with research to run studies, validate hypotheses and refine behaviourDrive design quality through structured systems, tokens, visual hierarchy and responsive rulesInfluence directors and senior stakeholders, navigate challenging conversations and anchor decisions in metrics, OKRs and measurable outcomesMentor senior and mid-level designers and raise overall craftCollaborate with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and system alignmentYou should bring:Proven experience operating at principal level or equivalent senior design leadershipExceptional visual and interaction craft with a portfolio that demonstrates strong hierarchy, clarity and high fidelityStrong record of stakeholder management with concrete examples of negotiation, pushback and decision framingAbility to show business impact with clear metrics, outcomes and trade-offsExperience in design systems or large-scale UI architectureFluency in Figma, component libraries and modern design standardsIf you want a role where UX has real influence, where your craft sets the standard and where strategy and execution meet, send your CV and portfolio for a confidential discussion.
