Thanks to our AI supported software, aiRH, we are creating the future of work. Our main goal is to help organizations to understand and benefit from the true potential of their (human) teams.

aiRH is made of two components: netwoRHk and staRHs.
- netwoRHk is close from what you could call a project management platform, but based on network organization principles: transparency, ownership, flexibility and customer orientation.
- staRHs is a positive feedback tool that coaches contributors to give better feedback to each other, enables peer recognition, develops a positive culture and helps companies visualize the structure of the enterprise.

**How could you contribute?**

You will be working as a Senior Back-end Software Developer. This means you will deep dive on all parts of the creation and implementation of the breathtaking performance technology of our platform aiRH. We have tons of crazy good ideas and put a focus on cutting edge visualization. Technology is that intuitive and simple that even your mother.(We’re sorry, we know that the times for mother jokes are over )

You will work closely with Maria, our junior Back-end developer, and the rest of the tech team (Data Scientists, Front-end developers). Therefore, experience/willingness for mentoring and good communication skills are required.

To contribute to our crew and research on the interaction between the user and our software tools you will need:

- Node.js (major npms: express, sequelize, jest);
- SQL knowledge (postgresql);
- graphql (Apollo Graphql);
- Github.

Having knowledge regarding the following would be a big +:

- AWS services;
- following TDD (Test Driven Development) principles;
- Jira;
- Notion.

As a crew member you are preferably:

- Caring & Thinking of others first
- Tolerant for a family run business (crazy founders)
- Totally fascinated by AI, Visualizations and VR
- Self-Organized, Passionate & fully Committed
- Speaking fluent English (fluent German would be a +)
- Okay with Harvey (The dog of the office)
