- Developing, implementing and ensuring effective internal control systems and procedures, especially for procurement and sales, to ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies and best practices
- Conducting regular risk assessments and analyses to identify potential weaknesses and recommend appropriate control measures
- Creating and updating policies, processes and documentation and evaluations related to internal risks
- Training and supporting employees in complying with internal control procedures and best practices
- Working with various departments and teams to ensure internal controls are effectively implemented and adhered to
- Conducting audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify opportunities for improvement
- Reporting to management on the status and effectiveness of internal controls as well as potential risks and recommendations for risk mitigation
- Responsibility for monitoring and minimizing financial risks in the context of trade credit insurance

- Successfully completed studies (economics, auditing or similar)
- Professional experience in the development, implementation and monitoring of internal control systems
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Willingness for business travel (approx. 20%)
- Analytical skills to identify risks and develop control measures
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
