**Safety Specialist (w/m/d)**:
Für unseren Standort in Hamburg-Hausbruch suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n Safety Specialist zur Verstärkung unserer HSE-Abteilung.
Die Stelle ist **unbefristet **und in **Vollzeit **zu besetzten.

Du berätst und unterstützt alle verantwortlichen Personen in Fragen der Arbeitssicherheit, sicherheitstechnischen Überprüfung von Betriebsanlagen und Arbeitsmitteln und coachst bei der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Arbeitssicherheit und Unfallverhütung. Du arbeitest dabei eng mit unserem HSE - sowie Site Manager zusammen und bist verantwortlich für die Kommunikation mit den Behörden und anderen externen Stakeholdern.

**Deine Aufgabenschwerpunkte**:

- Beratung bei der Einführung von Arbeitsverfahren
- und Stoffen, Gestaltung von Arbeitsplätzen, Arbeitsabläufen und Arbeitsbedingungen sowie der Beschaffung von technischen Arbeitsmitteln
- Proaktive Verbesserung des Arbeitsschutzes in Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen
- Erstellen von Arbeitsplatz
- und Gefährdungsbeurteilungen sowie Betriebsanweisungen
- Analysieren sowie Untersuchen von Arbeitsunfällen und Erarbeitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Entwickeln, analysieren und Durchführen von Präventionskampagnen zur Verbesserung der Arbeitssicherheit und des Gesundheitsschutzes im Werk
- Leitung von Arbeitssitzungen zu den Themen Risikobewertung der Maschinensicherheit, Isolierung gefährlicher Energie, Leitern, Stufen und Treppen

**Du bringst mit**:

- Meister
- bzw. Technikerausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit von Vorteil
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Arbeits
- und Gesundheitsschutz
- Interesse oder schon erste Erfahrung an Produktionsprozessen
- Systematische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, sicheres Auftreten sowie eine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Fließende Deutsch
- und gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
