**Was DU mitbringen solltest**
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Nachweisbare Erfahrungen im Kundenservice
- Erfahrungen in der Werbeartikelbranche sind wünschenswert
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift, Französisch ist von Vorteil
- Hohe Kundenorientierung, Zuverlässigkeit und positives Auftreten
- Strukturiertes Handeln und Organisationsgeschick sowie eine rasche Auffassungsgabe
- Unternehmerische, selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie Startup-Mentalität

**Das sind DEINE Hauptaufgaben**
- Kontrolle und Verantworten der vereinbarten Ziele für alle Customer Success Teams weltweit
- Sicherstellen und erhöhen des Service Levels
- Erkennen von Verbesserungspotenzial im operativen Tagesgeschäft und ergreifen von entsprechenden Maßnahmen
- Führen von Bewerbungsgespräche und Onboarding der neuen Talente
- Initiieren und unterstützen der Veränderungsprozesse zur Verbesserung des täglichen Arbeitsablaufs
- Unterstützung bei fristgerechten Abwicklungen von Bestellungen
- Planung und Steuerung sämtlicher Einkaufsaktivitäten sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Einkaufsstruktur und Pflege des CRM-Systems
- Abwicklung der Direktbestellungen über unseren Onlineshop
