To strengthen our team, we are looking for a **Director of Food & Beverage (M/F/d)** full-time as soon as possible. **This is what your day looks like: - Management of the entire F&B team - Responsibility for all F&B outlets of the hotel, especially for the design of the F&B offer, innovative sales concepts and the satisfaction of the employees - Ensuring guest satisfaction and handling complaints management - Planning and control of the budget and preparation of forecasts - Coordinating and ensuring the efficient cooperation of the departments - Support and contact person for the department managers in the coordination of employees - Maintaining or optimizing the high quality standards and work processes - Responsibility for HACCP in your area of responsibility **What we want from you: - Completed training in the hotel industry and operational F&B experience - Several years of professional experience in the same or similar position with leadership experience - Strong leadership personality and excellent manners - Social competence, organizational and communication skills - Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage **What would you do with €250?** Our benefits are designed to help you get the most out of every day.
