Our client, an internationally operating medical technology company in capital goods sales, is looking for support for the TOP management team for Administration in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as soon as possible. As commercial director you are a mediator between the management board and the corporate international headquarters and you bear responsibility for all relevant financial processes and topics and lead a team of approx. five people in D-A-CH. The listed corporation employs around 500 people worldwide, belongs to the five best manufacturers worldwide in its market sector and is on its way to becoming a full service provider for various doctors, clinics & purchasing groups in the healthcare sector.

**Aufgaben**:

- Operational and strategic management of the divisions: Finance, Controlling, Tax & Legal, IT, Purchasing and QM
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in fast-close mode according to HGB and IFRS
- Leadership and development of the team
- Audits / Group Reporting / Fore Cast / Budgeting
- Financial and sales controlling
- Further development, digitalization and process optimization of the department incl. the ERP system
- Participation in the implementation of IT projects

**Profil**:

- Successfully completed studies in business administration, focus on accounting and controlling desirable, or comparable training
- Many years of professional experience in the areas of controlling / finance and accounting in an internationally operating company
- Professional and disciplinary leadership experience in the commercial area
- Experience in participating in the development of corporate structures
- Hands
- On mentality and ability to work in a team
- Fluency in written and spoken Business English
- Willingness to move to the postal code region 90, or within a radius of 60km from Nuremberg. Second home or weekly commute from other regions possible.
