The department Global Credit Risk Policies & Procedures is responsible for the global Credit Risk framework of the Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG (MBM). The global credit risk portfolio comprises all contracts of our Retail (Retail Private/Retail Small Business) and Corporate (Corporate/Dealer Business) customers.
In this function, the department defines the (credit) risk policies and processes of the MBM for the core business and new business areas. A close cooperation with Corporate Audit, Risk Review, Mercedes-Benz AG House of Policies/FC Policy Coordination, the Global Credit Risk Market Management departments and Credit Operations ensures process security and adherence to the guidelines.
The Global Asset Risk Policy provides governance and guidance on the risk management of vehicles/fleets within the Finance, Lease, Fleet Management and Rental business: e.g. the management of the Residual Value Risk, Repair/ Maintenance &Tires Risk, Damage Risk of the vehicle, Asset Handling (incl. Remarketing, (De)Fleeting Process) and the Utilization Risk. We are looking for a Professional for the Asset Risk Management & department-related data regulations with solid experiences in the field of rental and asset risk as well as data regulations. **Your tasks will be**:
As Professional Asset Risk Management & Credit Risk Data Regulations, you are responsible to drive the implementation of asset risk topics like Residual Value Risk, Repair/Maintenance & Tires Risk, Damage Management Risk and further risks arising from rental activities (e.g. Fleet Utilization Risk). You support the Global Sales & Marketing department in the development of central rental and subscription products. You are the first point of contact for the local markets for policy consultations and trainings as well as expert for applicable data and information regulations for the department.

**Responsibilities in detail:
- Support of the Annual Review of the Asset Risk Policy incl. alignment process with various stakeholders
- Have a comprehensive overview and understanding of all Rental processes within the responsibility of Global Credit Risk as defined in the global Credit Risk Framework
- Drive the conceptual development for Rental related topics in the global Credit Risk Policies
- Exchange with the system owners of the Global Product Database (GPD), CreditRiskDigital (CRD) and other affected IT platforms
