Ob im Einsatz bei einem renommierten Kundenunternehmen oder im internen Team von YER - bei uns beginnt der Weg zum Traumjob Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des globalen ISRM-Prozesses einschließlich zugehöriger Standards, Methoden und Softwaretools Projektmanagement-Unterstützung im globalen Programm „Streamline Cyber Risks“, insbesondere Koordination der Arbeitspakete in Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen des Daimler Truck Innovation Center India Arbeitspaketleitung für die Themenbereiche Implementation Guidelines, Governance Framework und Insights Fachliche Führung und Koordination interner sowie externer ISRM-Risikoexpert:innen Optimierung der Schnittstellen zu angrenzenden Cyber-Security-Prozessen Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Zertifizierungsprojekten nach ISO/IEC 27001 Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der globalen Cyber Security Risk Management (CSRM)-Strategie sowie am Ausbau der zentralen GRC-Plattform Aufbau und Implementierung eines zentralen CSRM-Reporting-Frameworks sowie Schnittstelle zum Group Risk Management Verantwortung für Reporting und Abstimmung mit dem Group Risk Management für die zentrale IT und globale Cyber Security Enge bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Stakeholdern, darunter Business Segments, Shopfloor- und Vehicle Security Risk Management, ISOs und Risikoexpert:innen Abschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Informationstechnologie, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung Mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Cyber Security oder Information Security Risk Management (ISRM) Erfahrung in der Führung funktionsübergreifender und internationaler Teams Wünschenswert sind Projektmanagement-Zertifizierungen (z. B. IPMA) sowie Informationssicherheitszertifizierungen (z. B. CISSP, CISM, CISA, TISP) Fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter internationaler Informationssicherheitsstandards, insbesondere ISO/IEC 27001 und 27005 Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement, insbesondere im agilen Requirements Engineering, zur Entwicklung endnutzerorientierter Softwarelösungen Vorteilhaft ist Erfahrung in der Implementierung oder Weiterentwicklung von Informationssicherheits-Managementsystemen (ISMS) Dann freuen wir uns über eine aussagekräftige Bewerbung inkl.
