**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a skilled and motivated **Real Estate System Administrator & Reporting Specialist** to join our global Real Estate team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in managing and optimizing our real estate data through the Archibus platform and other integrated systems.

You will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, portfolio optimization, and operational efficiency. **Location**: Flexible within Europe (with preference for proximity to our key hubs)
**Team**: Real Estate Portfolio Management

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Administering our real estate data management system (Archibus), including defining and testing enhancements
- Updating training materials and playbooks to support system adoption and knowledge sharing
- Creating and enhancing reports, KPIs, and dashboards using data from Archibus, SAP, ServiceNow, and other sources
- Developing standardized performance metrics and benchmarks to evaluate portfolio performance
- Collaborating with real estate teams to deliver tailored reporting and visualizations
- Leading strategic portfolio planning analysis and sharing insights with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sustainability, Business Units, Hitachi Group)
- Acting as a liaison between Real Estate, IT, and external vendors
- Supporting portfolio optimization initiatives led by the Head of Real Estate Portfolio Management
- Preparing automated presentation decks and ensuring consistency and accuracy in messaging
- Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies in real estate data and space management

**Your Background**
- Proven experience in data processing, analysis, and reporting
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Interest in emerging technologies and digital transformation
- Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R, SQL) is a strong plus
- Ideally, experience as a key user of enterprise systems and knowledge of SAP Finance
- Familiarity with real estate operations and real estate data management systems is a plus
