In this hybrid position, you will play a key part in managing the data of our portfolio, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting lease administration processes.You will work closely with internal Real Estate teams and external partners to maintain and enhance the data in our real Estate data systems, particularly Archibus. Your contributions will help streamline operations, improve data quality, and support strategic decision-making across the division.How you’ll make an impactEnsuring portfolio data quality and accuracy in Archibus, while mastering its functionalitiesCollaborating with the Real Estate team to collect accurate dataCoordinating with and monitoring our external vendor responsible for lease abstraction. Managing leases and improving abstraction processesConducting training sessions for Archibus and the lease abstraction toolReporting bugs and testing fixesRaising POs and verifying invoicesPreparing presentation decks, analyses, reports. and strategic planning.
