**Location**:Dresden, DE**Job Function**:Marketing- Renesas' Emerging Business Division is looking for proven results driven Director to drive next generation sensor and sensor fusion roadmap development to connect with AI-connected emerging technologies.**Job Summary**
- Define and Drive the product road map of sensors within the Emerging business division
- Expert Knowledge sensor markets in industrial, medical and consumer space.
- Knowledge of different sensors, environmental, flow, humidity, gas flow, CO2, PM2.5, temperature, thermopile, position, TOF, optical, Bio/ health sensors, Radar, Ultrasonic, NFC tag, asset tracking, Pressure sensor.
- Work closely with customers and sales organization to help VP and senior management of BU to drive product roadmap and execution.
- Manages marketing and customer driven activities that include Silicon development of Mixed signal ICs
- Some travel required to service customers and partners.
**Your Profile**
- 12+ years' experience in business unit driving product roadmap and delivering results
- Tier-1 customer experience
- Proven record in leading customer engagements and drive design from conception through production. (from definition to production)
- Track record of converting DIN to DWINs
- BSEE or higher in Physics or Electrical Engineering, MBA desired.
- Excellent Communication skills (Written and Verbal) and strong documentation skills.
- Proven record in leading analog or sensor or sensor signal conditioning design and integration at top level.
- Highly organized and extremely self-motivated to drive new technologies and emerging solutions at customers.
- Knowledge of markets and design traction in the industry.
- Ability to work well with teammates (locally or remotely located) in a fast-paced professional environment
