Lab Concept ist ein 2013 in Kempten gegründetes StartUp, dass Interieur und Planungsarbeiten für Labore und Forschungseinrichtungen entwickelt, produziert und projektiert. Dabei zählen wir namhafte Unternehmen wie Merck, Roche, Max Planck oder Helmholtz zu unseren Kunden. Aufgrund unserer Differenzierungsstrategie zählt unser entwickeltes Produktportfolio zu den innovativsten und hochwertigsten auf dem Markt.

Das erwartet Sie

Als CFO/ kaufmännischer Leiter und Head of Staff sind Sie verantwortlich für den kaufmännischen Bereich von Lab Concept GbmH. Gemeinsam mit dem Management und der Geschäftsführung arbeiten Sie die Unternehmensstrategie aus und stellen die konsequente Umsetzung in Ihrem Bereich sicher. Dabei sind Sie sowohl Ansprechpartner für externe Partner (z.B. Kreditinstitute, Berater, Gesellschafter) als auch Führungs
- und Identifikationsfigur für die Mitarbeiter.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für sämtliche kaufm. Bereiche: Controlling, Buchhaltung, HR, Einkauf und Administration
- Management in Bezug auf GuV, Bilanz, Liquidität, Verantwortung für Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
- Ansprechpartner für Banken, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und den Gesellschaftern in allen finanziellen Belangen
- Aufbau von KPI-Systemen zur Unterstützung einer datengetriebenen Unternehmenssteuerung
- Kaufmännische Integration und aktive Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Systeme (ERP)
- Verantwortung über Budget und Forecast sowie aktives Liquiditätsmanagement
- Abweichungsanalysen und Identifizieren von Handlungsbedarfen, Initiierung entsprechender Maßnahmen

Was erwarten wir?
- Wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher Hochschulabschluss
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung als CFO, Leiter Controlling oder in der Unternehmensberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung
- bevorzugt in einem mittelständisch geprägten Umfeld
- Profunde Kenntnisse im Bereich Controlling, Rechnungswesen und HR
- Entrepreneurship, Selbstdisziplin, starkes Engagement und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Unternehmerisch geprägtes Denken und Handeln, Umsetzungsstärke und Kostenbewusstsein
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Führungsqualität sowie pragmatische Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bestimmendes und zugleich respektvolles Auftreten, um professionell mit dem Management, externen Partnern und Gesellschaftern zu kommunizieren und zu verhandeln.
