Marketing Business Partner

The position

HBK are currently looking for a Business Partner for our Marketing team. Our new Business Partner will be responsible for to drive key marketing initiatives and campaigns designed to improving our customer journey, conversions, and support our revenue and profit goals in the German market.

Primary responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include the following:

- Manage regional marketing activities to ensure maximum lead generation activities to drive the growth of the company’s products and solutions
- Plan, manage and report on localised marketing activities which will include but not limited to, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, newsletters, events, webinars, advertisements, and PR as part of the regional lead growth strategy
- Analyse, understand, interpret, and share industry research, competitive intelligence, customer data, and market insights, to form compelling and differentiated Account Based Marketing plans
- Operate with a customer first mentality - act as the regional customer champion; understand customer profitability and strategic fit
- Collect and report on all regional completive intelligence, including products and campaigns, contributing to the competitive and relevant nature of our marketing
- Cascade communications and provide education of marketing plans with sales and align to develop effective campaigns in line with the marketing strategy - with particular focus on providing guidance and support conversion of qualified leads
- Build strong relationships with regional Sales as well as other cross function departments like Product Management, Customer Care, and Finance aligning demand generation strategies in development of sales support collateral and tools which maximise our conversion opportunities
- Capture the latest regional engineering innovations for social media content and internal communication purposes through regular conversations with Sales

Professional qualifications

You hold a Bachelor or equivalent.

Further you have min. of 2 years’ experience in a similar role with a strong track-record of Marketing is critical

- The ability to analyse data, draw accurate conclusions, and communicate key messages succinctly.
- Strong planning and organisation skills - with an ability to appropriately re-prioritise and change as required to meet deadlines
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships at all levels
- Established self-starter with the ability to drive task completion, resolve questions and concerns, and pro-actively offer improvements to work processes or tools
- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team - important as you will work with peers remotely in a very international team
- Positive motivator with strong team building skills that help tie together our sales and marketing initiatives.
- Fluent in English and German
