- Must have 15+ years with at least 6+ years as Technical Solution Architect.- Technical Solution Architects concentrate on the development and design of Network Services that support the business requirements of the client - including public, private and hybrid Cloud and Hybrid environments with integrated service assurance.- Capabilities supported include network function virtualization, WAN/LAN, data center networks, network security, ANPO, automated service chaining and software defined networks (SDN)/Networks as a programmable service including cloud monitoring.- The technical solutions include evaluation and selection of the software, hardware and services required to meet the client & immediate and long-term requirements. Best practices in this specialty use reference architectures and service product assets to develop conceptual and detailed designs.- Technical Solution Architects are responsible for build, performance, security, availability and scalability of the solution and the impact on the client & infrastructure.- Responsible for producing a High-Level Design Document, Low Level Design Document, Implementation Packs and Test Scripts.- Produce proactive solution presentations.- Ability to discuss, analyze and integrate 3 rd party and OEM solutions to produce overall integrated solution- Create and implement the most challenging network design, efforts estimate according to customer and TechM guidelines- Gather technical data necessary for designing technically sound and cost-effective Network- Solution that include services costs, bills of materials, drawings of the proposed solutions, and a complete statement of work document.- Perform new deal solutioning and cost models for all Third-Party and OEM on new deals or MACDs Permeate best practices in this specialty with reference architectures and service product assets to develop conceptual and detailed designs.- Generate Implementation and related Services Costs, and submit them to pre-sales team or customer for the assigned projects to calculate all relevant costs for proposed projects;- Input all project tracking data and ensure it is continually updated with the correct data, status, and proposed state in a timely manner;- Review diversity and complex quote/order requests - including providing network diagrams and configuration information, as needed;- Collaborate with Business Managers on optimization projects/recommendations.- Engage other organizations, as appropriate, for custom design solution support;- Participate in and provide technical expertise and support for conference calls and on-line- meetings with relevant teams, end-user customers, and third-party partner vendors;- Participate in and provide technical expertise and support for internal project kickoff meetings;- Interact directly with customers and builds trusted advisor status;- Serves as lead engineer to provide custom technical pre-sales and post-sales support of network solutions.
- Test custom feature requests which do not warrant a full Labs testing process.

**Requirements**:
- Ability to work individually on a project with mínimal day-to-day directions.- Need to have critical thinking skills and be able to think out of the box, come up with innovative solutions.- Strong understanding of various roles required as part of overall delivery process and efforts required at various stages- Need to have strong and effective communication skills to continuously interact with cross functional teams and customers- Needs to be flexible and adapt to a changing environment- Should have good understanding of network technology/infrastructure-
- Function Virtualization (NFV), Routing (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), LAN Switching (VLAN, VTP, STP,- EtherChannel, CoS, wireless), WAN (MPLS, MPLS/VPN,MP-BGP), TCP/IP protocol suite,- Application Protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SMTP, SNMP, SSL ), Network Security Protocols (IPSec VPN, AAA Architecture, TACACS+, RADIUS). Application Load Balancers.- Experience with network design and network engineering;- Excellent verbal and written English. Spanish or German communication skills will be an extra advantage- Ability to work independently and in a team;- Detail-oriented and possess strong customer service skills with constant focus on customer satisfaction.

**Qualification**:
- Bachelors or Masters (Electronics and Telecommunications)- CCIE (Routing and Switching) or CCNP (Routing and Switching)- CCDE, JNCIP, JNCIS, JNCIA, VMWare NSX or Riverbed are desirable.
