Are you an experienced professional with a passion for managing operations, leading teams, and driving business success? Myonex GmbH is looking for a dynamic and experienced Site Lead (m/w/d) to join our Management Team and make a significant impact in the pharmaceutical trials sector.

Since 2022, Myonex Berlin is our Germany facility. With a long-standing experience in primary/secondary packaging and small batch-size IMP manufacturing capabilities, the Berlin facility brings expert and flexible support to early-stage clinical trials.

Myonex GmbH is GMP certified and holds a manufacturing and import license according to - 13 AMG for human and veterinary drugs, as well as a wholesale license including GDP certification according to - 52a AMG.

As our reach stretches further around the world, we are looking for a Site Lead to head operations in Berlin.

**About the Role**:
As the Site Lead for Berlin, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP standards, managing budgets, and driving performance to meet company goals. This role requires excellent communication, strong managerial and decision-making skills, and the ability to negotiate and collaborate across continents and cultures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations of Myonex GmbH, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, structural overheads, and financial performance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company objectives.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring staff training and development.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and quality certification processes.
- Represent Myonex GmbH at industry associations and maintain good relations with global entities.
- You have a university degree or equivalent and significant experience in packaging and labelling within pharmaceuticals, preferably for clinical trials.
- Your proven track record includes senior management, talent development, and strategic planning, as well as overseeing operations people and support functions.
- You have successfully managed budgets, P&L statements, and driven business growth.
- You are proficient in German and English, both written and verbal.
