**We help men who own a digital marketing agency or eCom brand master their daily performance and consistency to scale to 7 & 8 figures without neglecting their health or burning out.**

At Consistent Performance, we offer coaching to male agency & ecom owners, entrepreneurs & online business owners to improve their:

- productivity, time management & structure, self-organisation & delegation, focus & energy, health, mindset, and their daily habits
- so that they can grow their business to the next level _without burning themselves out or sacrificing their health, relationships or time outside of business._

**What you’ll do**

We’re looking for a full or part time **Accountability** **Coach** to join our remote team and own the progress, satisfaction and success of our clients. You’ll report to Kilian Markert (CEO).

More specifically you’ll
- Check in with clients regularly, holding them accountable to sticking to their habits, providing encouragement, tips and feedback.
- Staying in communication with our clients, answering questions and creating a great vibe in our Client Community (Slack).
- Review, correct and give feedback on modules and worksheets completed by clients.
- Track the entire Client Journey from Onboarding to Graduation of each client in our Centralized Client Success Tracker to make sure highest client satisfaction, support and results are guaranteed.
- Offer Short Weekly Support Calls for Clients who want additional help with our modules & exercises or who feel stuck and need more support and accountability.
- We estimate this will take about 10h - 20h /week. While this role will be part time for the start, we are looking to eventually turn this position into a full time position, growing to 30-40/h per week while taking on further responsibilities within the company._

- You love reading books on building better habits like Atomic Habits or Tiny Habits.
- You are excited about being part of a company where massive growth in your professional skills, as well as your personal habits is the norm.
- You are interested in coaching and mentoring others and want to break into that coaching world in an environment that is made for growth, where you will be trained and will learn from the two Head Coaches.
- Ideally, you have experience in entrepreneurship / working for yourself so you can understand our clients better.
- You thrive in a startup environment where each team member takes full ownership of their role.
