Join us in our quest to democratize learning and help individuals unleash their edge. **OVERVIEW**: The Strategic Account Executive, who can be based anywhere in Central Europe, will drive top-line revenue growth through the expansion of our Skillsoft portfolio footprint, predominantly within our existing Strategic and Global 100 account base. The successful Account Executive will have a track record of exceptional quota achievement and will grow an ambitious pipeline of business through outbound prospecting, creativity, and strong team collaboration. This will require the ability to navigate through complex organizations and sell to multiple decision-makers, including the "C Suite". Collaboration with comfortable in a hybrid role, supporting both growth accounts and new business acquisition. **OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS**: - Drive top-line revenue growth through the expansion of our footprint within existing account base while also prospecting for New Strategic Enterprise partners. - Win by representing a solution with key competitive differentiators, designed to solve customer problems and deliver tangible value. - Influence customers at the senior leadership level. - Establish strategic plans and objectives to drive desired business growth. - Partner with related Value Add Teams, to include sales, marketing, and support resources in the successful advancement of critical opportunities and market penetration. - Develop a thorough understanding of Skillsoft sales plays. - Flexibility to travel for in-person client meetings. - Work from home office. **SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**: - 5-8 years successful sales experience. - Experience in the EdTech, HCM or SaaS space is an advantage. - Embrace MEDDPICC, with a demonstrated understanding of the steps involved in a sales cycle. - Salesforce hygiene, always enabling a current view on opportunity progress. - Strong sense of ownership and care towards the needs of the client. - Ability to manage a designated territory to maximize revenue growth. - Operate with a sense of urgency while demonstrating a positive, solution-oriented attitude. - Ability to understand complex client requirements and to clearly articulate the company's offerings to develop solutions to meet those requirements. **MORE ABOUT SKILLSOFT**: Skillsoft delivers online learning, training, and talent solutions to help organizations **unleash their edge**.
