We are looking for a Student Assistant who shares our passion for people and humanresources. If you are looking for an exciting and international HR work experience parallel to your study program, this is your opportunity to join our HR team.Your main focus will be to support in different recruitment activities as well as to administrative HR services. The HR unit provides a wide range of human resource services to all FLOCERT's staff members around the globe.

Aufgaben

**Responsibilities**:

- Support our Onboarding Management by providing our new staff members with a great start experience: welcome package, data management; internal company communication; Onboarding trainings organisation
- Support our HR personnel & administration services: Data Management and entries in our HR system, HR documentation maintenance; process Reference letters
- Involvement and support of HR projects
- Support in research work

Qualifikation

Your qualifications, experience and skills
- Student status (valid “Immatrikulationsbescheinigung”) for the time of employment
- University education or vocational education in the fields of HR or Business Administration, Work & organisational Psychology, Social Sciences, etc.
- HR related professional experience/ intern-/traineeship is an advantage
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Fluency in German, both verbal and written is an asset
- Strong dedication towards customer service and excellent communication skills
- Work or internship experience in an international environment is an advantage
- Great team player with positive and pro-active attitude
- Dedicated working style with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to multitasking focused on detail and delivery
- Very good command of MS Office
- Motivation for Fairtrade
