Become part of our winning team and help us create a world that works better. **Responsibilities** - Assist our interested parties and customers - Create and manage offers - Be responsible for the assistance of our customers and be available to answer any questions about our software through our E-mail system - Work in close cooperation with different departments - Support the team by monitoring and reporting sales data - Use **Excel** to analyze trends and optimize processes **Requirements**: - The internship must be a **compulsory part**of your studies and take at least 5-6 months - Communicative and enjoy interacting with people - Fluency in** English and Italian** is mandatory, other languages such as Spanish are a plus - Advanced Windows® skills or the desire to learn **What we offer** - Contract location would be **Goeppingen, Germany**: - **Make an impact**Take on the responsibility and work on your own projects.
